KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Knowledge management (KM) is the process of creating, sharing, using, and managing knowledge. It requires that the right employees access the right knowledge at the right time.
PROJECTS
The Inter-American Development Bank’s (IDB) Integration and Trade Communities of Practice (CoP) ecosystem is a notable example of implementing a successful knowledge management solution.

KNOWLEDGE EVENTS
Knowledge-sharing events are critical in every knowledge management strategy. In this example, I worked as a USAID fellow for the mEducation Alliance in Washington DC. I collaborated with a wider range of knowledge management activities and projects.
TED schools were an excellent platform to capture and disseminate knowledge at the right time. Staff was empowered to create their own content along with subject matter experts and senior leadership. I led the community management of the Leadership School.
TED SCHOOLS
Capturing and disseminating lessons learned is one of the fundamental programs of the knowledge management function. Over the years, I have polished a streamlined and successful way to capture this knowledge.
